Our attorneys have extensive FERC experience and are called on frequently to present speeches, represent industry groups and update clients on recent FERC developments. In addition to our daily advice to clients, for more than a decade we have conducted annual educational seminars covering current topics on FERC’s regulatory agenda and featuring notable guest speakers, including FERC commissioners and staff as well as other industry experts. Our attorneys have authored numerous articles and published books on a variety of energy-related issues. Many of us worked at FERC before entering private practice. We all have a FERC focus which enables us to remain at the cutting edge of emerging energy issues.
