BGM partner James McGrew authored Basic Practice: FERC, a 294-page treatise published by the American Bar Association that comprehensively discusses FERC’s procedures and substantive regulation of the energy sector. The United States Supreme Court cited the book twice in Morgan Stanley Capital Group Inc. v. Pub. Util. Dist. No. 1, 554 U.S. ___, 128 S. Ct. 2733, 2738, 2741 (2008).
