Below please find a link to the press release from the White House regarding President Barack Obama's intention to nominate Tony Clark as a Commissioner of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Tony Clark has served as the senior member of the North Dakota Public Service Commission since 2000 and is the immediate past President of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners. Mr. Clark has held a number of statewide positions in North Dakota and is a former state legislator, representing District 44 (Fargo) in the North Dakota State House of Representatives from 1994 to 1997.
